Grape Salsa-Salad

Weird way to put it, I know. But initially we ate it as a salsa, which then turned into me eating it by
the spoonful so it ended up being more like a salad. We can thank cousin Kait for sending this
recipe our way! It's super easy to make, full of amazing flavors that you wouldn't expect
possible, and you can double the recipe for leftovers. You know how we love that!

1 C green grapes
1 C red grapes
1 jalapeno, chopped
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
1 lime, freshly squeezed
fresh ground pepper to taste
plantain chips (Trader Joes)

Mix up all your ingredients in a medium to large bowl, depending on if you doubled the recipe
or not. Eat right then and there or put in the fridge overnight to soak in all the flavors. Serve with plantain chips. Or don't bother serving anything...like I said it started with just hand in plantain
bag, dip in grape salsa. Then it turned into spoon in salsa salad, scoop, and eat a mouthful.
Great for a snack or to bring to a party!
