It's been a while since I've suggested some at home movement. And because I took on this silly challenge of doing 100 reps of various movements each and every day this month, I figured you 
ought to join me today in doing so!

For time:

100 sit ups
100 push ups
100 squats
100 lunges
Run 1 mile

You can do them in any order and as many reps as you want at a time.
